The Couvent des Minimes Hotel & Spa L’Occitane is a 5 star establishment located in the heart of Provence and the Luberon Park, 1 hour from Marseille airport and 45 minutes from the TGV station in Aix En Provence. Located a few kilometers from the plateau of Valensole and its famous lavender fields.

After 2 years of closure for works, it finally reopens its doors and asserts its position as an exceptional destination in Provence while continuing to make these 5 centuries old stones live.
